We are on a smoothie and juicing kick in our house. It’s just a quick and easy way to ingest a lot of great veggies, fruit and other nutritious ingredients (i.e. protein, flax, etc). Aloe Vera Green Smoothie with Hemp Protein
3 figs (or dates)
1 handful of cilantro
1 scoop hemp protein powder
1 cup aloe vera juice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
